The article discusses the design transformation of spraying device for berry fields, mainly raspberry, from highly specialized machine to multifunctional aggregate with replaceable working bodies; it presents the motivation based on many years’ experience in practical use for making the most important design solutions.

The article considers the constructive and technological diagram of a plough mounted on tractor of 300-400 kW power. Main technological parameters of this diagram are selected.
The article describes a multifunctional unit that performs overseeding of grass seeds on mountain meadows and pastures with simultaneous application of granular fertilizers, followed by rolling them. The unit is equipped with removable working bodies designed for use on sloping sites of mountain and foothill areas with a slope of 16 degrees. The unit provides the reduction of erosion process, increasing of productivity and profitability of agricultural lands.
A package-combined agricultural machine for strip tillage has been developed. It is capable of performing 8-10 operations simultaneously during one field day. As a result, the consumption of combustive and lubricating materials decreases by 2-2,5 times. The calculation formula for performance of machine for strip tillage is obtained.
The article proposes a new method of headed cabbage harvesting into rigid containers, allowing to avoid the damage of cabbage heads during harvesting and dispatching for storage.
A new microwave installation for flow disinfection of grain and seed of agricultural crops is presented. Due to original technical solutions, the installation provides intensive and uniform sterilization and drying of grain material with energy saving.
In order to increase the uniformity of soil compaction, a new design of tillage vibratory roller is proposed. The vibratory roller motion speed under which the outer drum oscillates in resonance mode ensuring effective impact is defined. Field tests have been carried out.
The article provides hydraulic calculation of ejectors of different designs, which are part of compact feed-processing mills and units. Analytical dependences allowing to calculate the performance of grain crusher depending on the used ejector are presented. Comparative diagrams of crusher performance when using the analysed feed devices are shown.
