For the purpose of improving economic and environmental performance, it is proposed to modernize the fuel feed system of internal combustion engine by using of motor fuel activator in its structure.

Low-frequency alternating magnetic field is considered. Travel speed of its phase front is several orders lower than the speed of radio waves. That permits to determine location of tractor units by means of the phase method.
