Some aspects of current state and development of the agro-industrial sector of Russian Federation are considered. Analysis of various opinions is given. Statistical data concerning the considerable drop of domestic industrial potential and the increase of dependence on import for the last 20 years is cited. Directions of overcoming the crisis in agro-industrial sector are designated. The role of WTO and possible consequences of joining this organization are estimated.
A method of wheel tractors slipping curve construction for the purpose of automated predicting estimation of traction and power indicators is considered.
A pneumatic separator equipped by closed small-sized pneumatic system was developed. It ensures cleaning of seed of cereal and grain-legume crops from hard-separable impurities of different aerodynamic features after the air-sieve and trieur machines.
The injection gas fuel feed system, in which not only the redistribution of cylinder-by-cylinder fuel supply takes place, but also gas and air mixing is ensured, was under study. Fragments of the research results are presented. Stable engine operation under different loads and substitution of diesel fuel by the gas one up to 80% are proved by bench tests.
Basic provisions of calculation of required laws of motion for valves (tappets) grounded on the determination of working substance analogues of speed, required flow sections of valve apertures and valves (tappets) lifts are stated.
Analytical expressions of mass and dimensions indices of embedded electromechanical systems, obtained on the basis of realized theoretical researches are given.
Models of stochastic processes possessing the given correlation function and the standard one-dimensional distribution density are analyzed. It is shown that contrary to expectations the introduction of auxiliary condition of one-dimensional distribution density normality into a random frequency model substantially worsens the reproduction accuracy of Gaussian processes.
Advanced method of motor and tractor diesels' operation control at no-load mode and machinery for its implementation are described. The mode of periodically repeating strokes of cutting of fuel feed and its subsequent resumption on the level securing the most economic behavior of diesel engine operation in the reduced rotating frequency range of a crankshaft allows to lower the hourly fuel consumption and to improve the ecological indicators in comparison with diesel engine operation in typical operating conditions of independent idling.
A way of reducing the dynamic load of transmission with three degrees of freedom in conditions of gear shift transitions is substantiated.
Several variants of bench equipment for the examination of static, dynamic and resource characteristics of vibration isolators made of elastomer are presented. An advanced design of standard vibration isolator is suggested.
Analysis of results of engines' bench tests and pilot design tractors' draft tests is presented. These experimental models passed the acceptance testing on machine testing station.
Procedure of bench tests of a crawler band with elastomer wideners is described. It allows to repeat the dynamic processes in areas of drive and guide wheels in laboratory conditions. Dependences establishing the accordance between bench and trial tests by criterion of accumulated fatigue damage are given. Mathematical model describing the dynamics of a crawler band with flexible wideners is presented. Results of test calculations are given.
An attempt of theoretical determination of velocity of the charged particles' drift between electrodes during the electrical-discharge machining depending on voltage on electrodes and environmental parameters is carried out.
Resource-saving technologies of cereal crops harvesting providing the completion of unwinnowed pile handling at stationary station are analyzed. New requirements to the complex harvesting with simultaneous performance of postharvest operations are suggested.
Moving of bulk material in a spiral-screw mechanism is considered from the viewpoint of Lagrange theory. Radiographs representing a quasidynamical pattern of drift of a marker are used.
Results of a multifactorial experiment with substantiation of optimal design parameters of a seed aimer-distributor, confirmed with field experiments, are given.
