Multioperation harvesting-sowing and harvesting-cultivating single-pass machine-tractor aggregates on the base of mobile power machines of 5th generation are synthesized. They are the crawler machines of 8 category, 412 horsepower. Calculated economic efficiency of new machines system in comparison to modernized existing ones is obtained.

Soil density of a furrow bottom after seeds embedding during the sowing is determined theoretically.
Results of analysis of technological process of mineral fertilizers mixes entering by a spiral-screw mixer-spreader are given. It was shown that deviation of separate systems of mixer-spreader from optimal performance ratio affects on fertilizer distributor operation and disturbs the quality indexes of its performance. Further research guidelines are projected.
A theoretical method of tractive force calculation for disk hoeing ploughs in function of cultivated soil layer sectional area, which depends on the angle of attack, depth of tillage, distance between disks along the shaft and number of disks, is considered.
Engineering solutions of the problem of soil protection from tractor wheels and crawlers impact, based on the profound analysis of rice field soil behavior, are suggested. Ploughing, leveling and smoothing of rice fields by water layer were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the cleaning of rice irrigating systems’ channels from soil and plant residues.
Evaluation of operating efficiency of frictional materials made by different manufacturers, allowing to determine the prospect of their use in high-loaded friction assembly, is presented.
Residual stresses formed under screw cogging deformation in the high-temperature thermomechanical treatment mode were considered. They facilitate the increase of hot-rolled metal pipe precision up to precision level of cold-calibrated rolled metal by outside diameter.
