Basics of quality management of research and development of piston internal-combustion engine for tractive vehicles
It is shown that a scientific reserve of research and development ensuring subsequent integration into the international scientific-technical field should be created aiming the achievement of technical level and competitiveness of internal-combustion engines for tractive vehicles in the WTO market.
