TECHNOBLOCK at meat processing plants

Abstract

Currently, all refrigeration equipment sold on the Russian market can be conditionally divided into equipment for centralized and decentralized refrigeration systems. The advantages and disadvantages of these systems mainly determine the scope of the corresponding equipment. TECHNOBLOCK (Italy) is one of the leaders in the production of refrigeration equipment in monoblock and biblock versions, which is the basis of a decentralized refrigeration supply system. An analysis of the sales structure for 7 years of TECHNOBLOCK's presence on the Russian market revealed, on the one hand, a wide range of applications for its units, and on the other hand, it made it possible to determine the main "niches" where their use is most effective. One of these areas is meat processing enterprises.
