Legislative basis for the use of thermal insulation materials in refrigeration engineering

Abstract

The experience of several years of "IZBA" company allows to state the frightening incompetence of Russian consumers of insulation in matters of the legal framework for the use of such materials.
Endless arguments of designers about which material is better and why. Opinions vary, based on primary information, read in advertising brochures of manufacturers or obtained in the market from sales representatives of different firms. As you know, advertising is just advertising, and manufacturers in an attempt to sell their goods are often wishful thinking. So what is the situation with the regulatory framework for the use of insulation in fact?
