Abstract

Refrigerating stations for obtaining ice water in ice storage tanks with bulk ice were described in the article "Features of obtaining ice water using bulk ice accumulators", published in the journal "Refrigeration Engineering" No. 5/2003. The first plant of this type in Russia was designed and put into operation at the Nizhnekamsk Dairy Plant by FABS Engineering.
