MAX at the turn of the XXI century
The International Academy of Refrigeration (MAX), despite the difficult socio-economic and socio-political conditions, has retained its social status and creative potential. The process of re-registration of regional branches (RO) is being completed. Regional branches were created and legally formalized in Petrozavodsk (Karelian District) and Vladivostok (Far East District). The registration of documents of the Baltic Interethnic Branch, which includes representatives of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, is nearing completion.
