Safety in the operation of refrigeration equipment at food and processing industries, where the largest number of large and medium-sized industrial ammonia refrigeration plants in Russia are operated, is determined by the general state of the refrigeration industry, its availability of equipment, the availability of a regulatory framework for the design, installation, commissioning and operation of refrigeration equipment, efficiency work of supervisory authorities and a number of other circumstances.
