For many years, GRASSO has been specializing in the production of compressors and refrigeration units using ammonia as a refrigerant. Ammonia, having excellent thermodynamic characteristics, does not directly affect the ozone layer and has a relatively small global warming coefficient. Thanks to this, GRASSO's ammonia-based refrigeration equipment has proven itself to be environmentally friendly.
