W. Art CHAOVALITWONGSE received the Ph.D. degree in industrial and systems engineering from University of Florida in 2003. He was a professor of industrial and systems engineering and radiology (joint) with the University of Washington. He served as an associate director for the Integrated Brain Imaging Center, University of Washington Medical Center. He currently serves as a research professor with the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Arkansas. He was a recipient of several awards for his research, such as the NSF (National Science Foundation) Career Award in 2005 and the William Pierskalla Best Paper for Research Excellence in Operations Research and Health Care Applications by the Institute of Operations Research and the Management Sciences twice in 2004 and 2008

Ye YUAN received the Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Valedictorian) from the Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008, and the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He has been a full professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology since 2016. Prior to this, he was a postdoctoral researcher at University of California, Berkeley, and a junior research fellow at Darwin College, University of Cambridge. His research interests include system identification and control with applications to cyber–physical systems. Dr. Yuan has received the China National Recruitment Program of 1000 Talented Young Scholars, the Dorothy Hodgkin Postgraduate Awards, Microsoft Research Ph.D. Scholarship, best of the Best Paper Award at the IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting, etc

Qingpeng ZHANG is an associate professor with the School of Data Science at City University of Hong Kong (CityU). He received the Bachelor of Science degree in automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in systems and industrial engineering from The University of Arizona in 2012. He is an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. He has received CityU’s Outstanding Research Award (Junior Faculty) and the IEEE Andrew P. Sage Best Transactions Paper Award. His research interests include healthcare data analytics, medical informatics, AI in drug discovery and network science

Jianguo LIU is a chair professor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), vice president of the Fintech Institute of SUFE, research fellow of Said Business School of Oxford University, and postdoctoral fellow of the Department of Modern Physics, University of Science and Technology of China. He received his Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2007 and his Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Fribourg University in 2010. In 2016, he was awarded the Youth Science and Technology Award of China Society of Systems Engineering. He is in charge of 6 national projects, including 4 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 sub-projects of National Social Science Major projects. He has published 120+ SCI/SSCI papers, which have received 3200+ citations
