依托膜技术特色的环境工程新工科人才培养改革与实践
Reform and Practice of Environmental Engineering New Engineering Talent Training Based on Membrane Technology Characteristics
随着新时代对高素质工程人才需求的不断提升,天津工业大学环境科学与工程学院围绕“新工科”建设目标,依托学校纺织科学与工程“双一流”学科优势,以膜技术为特色,开展了环境工程专业人才培养的系统性改革。本文从人才培养理念创新、课程体系重构、实践平台建设、产教融合等方面,系统阐述了以膜技术为特色的环境工程新工科人才培养路径,总结了在教学质量、学生创新能力和就业质量等方面的显著成效。
With the continuous increase in demand for high-quality engineering talents in the new era, the School of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tianjin University of Technology has carried out a systematic reform of environmental engineering professional talent cultivation around the goal of "new engineering" construction, relying on the advantages of the school's "double first-class" discipline in textile science and engineering, and featuring membrane technology. This article systematically elaborates on the talent cultivation path of environmental engineering new engineering with membrane technology as its characteristic, from the aspects of innovative talent cultivation concepts, curriculum system reconstruction, practical platform construction, and industry education integration. It summarizes the significant achievements in teaching quality, student innovation ability, and employment quality.
