The case, which I have the honor to bring to the attention of the Dear Society, is, in general, as follows.

Considering the issue of differential diagnosis, the author comes to the conclusion that there is no single symptom that is absolutely valuable for distinguishing between epilepsy and hysteria.

The speaker came to the following conclusions: in the last years, when developing a study on internal secretion of glands, many, both foreign and Russian authors, paid attention to the relationship between chronic diseases of the joints in general and artritis deformans in particular and a disorder of the thyroid gland.
The construction of the psychiatric clinic of the Imperial Kazan University has ended and the equipment has already been completed. The opening is expected not later than September 1914.
