    The paper deals with the problem of lube oil supply to the parts of cylinder-piston unit of four-stroke internal combustion engine. The results pointing out an abnormal (non-uniform) character of motor oil distribution on cylinder wall sides taking the lateral force of piston are presented. The paper in general terms formulates the problem, the solving of which will allow to get a more adequate idea of cylinder oil supply and offer on this basis the technical solutions for improvement of this process.

Thus a connection is made between elementary x-qualities and performance properties.

    The paper deals with the scheme of pump and battery supply of hydraulic mechanism of steering control of a wheeled vehicle with integrated unit of heat recuperation. The scheme allows to increase the pump life and the safety of vehicle control, including the cases of pump and engine failure and slow-speed maneuvering. In addition, the fuel consumption of steering pump drive is reduced, with the result that the fuel consumption of engine decreases.
