Here are presented the main results of the working organ analysis of a row crop cultivator. The row crop cultivator allows to cultivate space between both rows and protective zones of crops. The main parameters of interrow cultivation quality are justified. Besides, there is determined the influence of main independent factors of the interrow cultivation process on its quality indexes.
Continuation of the article concerned to the new conception of fuel injection control system. It is based on the further development of ideas described in the articles The tractor unit power modes control device. Generic components of the conception: external control-oriented blocks, power recuperation, simple realization of the multipoint injection. Purposes: reliability enhancement, efficiency enhancement and design simplification. A multijet nozzle with two-levels apertures and management by means of two-control blocks is demonstrated in the article as an example. Possibility of application of this control system is recommended for any diesel type and especially for agricultural application tractors that need in additional forcing and boost.
Expediency application of composite coverings for increase durability of details of agricultural machinery is shown. The influence of electrolyze modes on a wear resistance of coverings is studied. The structure of electrochemical coverings providing the greatest abrasive firmless is optimized.
The article describes the simulator for calculation of motion evenness of wheeled tractor, taking into account flow characteristics of supporting foundation and smoothing of microprofile to the tyre as well as it describes the method of decision and it reduces to results of calculations.
