Food Safety and Health publishes original scientific contributions to the field of food science, specifically food safety and health related areas and with a special focus on novel contaminants occurring in food. We will publish special, thematic issues on topical and emergent subjects across food safety and health-related issues.
We accept original research, short communications, critical reviews, mini-reviews, systematic review and meta-analysis, letters to the Editor, and opinion pieces.
Your work will be read by food technologists, scientists, chemists, toxicologists, nutritionists, public health specialists, molecular biologists, and microbiologists.
