Description

FlexMat is a new international open access academic journal co-founded by the State Key Laboratory of Organic Electronics and Information Displays (SKLOEID) of Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications (NJUPT) and Wiley. It will address the growing scientific interest in advanced and emerging materials with unique electronic, photonic, optoelectronic, ionotronic, and magnetic properties, and their applications in various kinds of flexible devices.

FlexMat will serve as a high-quality platform for researchers working in different scientific areas to communicate their findings and critical opinions, and bring the communities of materials science and flexible electronics together to contribute to this emerging field.

FlexMat is a state-of-the-art journal that publishes the latest researches and advances in materials science and flexible electronics, with a special focus on functional materials for flexible electronics, and cutting-edge interdisciplinary material studies and applications in fields including:

  • materials
  • chemistry
  • biology
  • physics
  • optical engineering
  • electronic information
  • life sciences
  • advanced energy
  • ...

It also sets eyes on new materials, innovative concepts, and novel applications in:

  • flexible
  • organic
  • plastic
  • printed
  • bioelectronics
  • smart
  • energy
  • health
  • other emerging electronics fields

In particular, FlexMat will support fundamental studies that improve the understanding of materials science relevant to flexible, stretchable, deformable, portable, wearable, and printable devices, with the aim of developing new technologies that could lead to low-cost flexible materials and devices with advanced functionality.

FlexMat cordially invites you to submit original research and review articles. All papers will be published online as soon as they are accepted and will be fully citable.
