China %J Frontiers of Chemistry in China %@ 1673-3495 %R 10.1007/s11458-009-0209-2 %P 76-79 %V 5 %N 1 %U {https://journal.hep.com.cn/fcc/EN/10.1007/s11458-009-0209-2 %8 2010-03-05 %X Uniformly ordered crystal EuF3 and LaF3 nanotubes were prepared using alumina film as a nanochannel reactor, and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). These nanotubes have outer diameters in the range of 200–350nm, inner diameters of 100–250nm and length up to 30μm. The fabrication method is simple, efficient and easy to control. It can be used to prepare a wide range of inorganic nanomaterials.
