But long-term and ablution showed the erroneousness of such an opinion and forced to recognize in urethritis suffering not only serious, but even dangerous (Trapeznikov), which can cause the development of endocarditis, peritonitis, pleurisy, stomatitis and, finally, various lesions of the nervous system.

Having known a patient with cancer of the larynx, which also spread to the esophagus along his anterior-left wall, the author was forced to remove after extirpation of the larynx and this part of the esophagus, and received, also, a flaw of 12-13 ctm length; at what from the esophagus there was a narrow (in I ctm.) strip.

Congenital umbilical urinary fistulas can be of two types: 1) in the form of a thin tube that flows into the apex of the bladder and 2) in the form of a cone-shaped extension of the bladder, and the walls of this cone have a sufficiently developed muscle layer and capable of contraction.

On the basis of personal observations obtained on 21 cases of incarcerated hernias, the author presents several considerations, which boil down to one basic provision, that hernia surgery for incarcerated hernias should be performed as an ordinary hernia.

The author is an ardent supporter of Whitehead's hemorrhoid surgery. His statistical data, comparing the three operative procedures — bandaging, annealing and Whitehead’s — show 33’3% relapses for the first, 18.75% contractions for the second, while in the third the author did not have either one or the other.

Examining the methods of operative procedures for radical surgery of the femoral hernia, the author stops, as at the most satisfactory, on the method of Henderson Nicoll, in which the whole lig. Puparti; sutured to the pubic bone.

The patient, observed by the author, during 3 months was used conservatively by washing the bladder. The failure of this treatment forced the author to make a test bladder opening.
