Artificial intelligence is a new technical science used to research and develop theories, methods, techniques, and applications for simulating and extending human intelligence. With the constant development of artificial intelligence, the project management field has also gradually introduced this technology. Based on existing data, artificial intelligence can be applied to project decision optimization, construction site management, project design and operation and maintenance, project performance prediction, and intelligent factory construction to increase the value of the project. At present, artificial intelligence has made some progress in the field of engineering management, but realizing its automation, informatization, and intellectualization is still in the early stages of the construction industry. Therefore, developing artificial intelligence technology and leading the industrial transformation in perspective of development are necessary.
